This page provides detailed information about the paid services offered through our application, in compliance with applicable legal requirements. By subscribing to or purchasing our paid services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on our Terms & Conditions page.
Paid Services
The paid version of our application includes the following premium functionalities:
- Concierge Service and Inbox Access:
- Full access to the concierge service for personalized assistance within the app.
- Full access to the inbox for in-app messaging.
- The ability to contact the concierge by clicking any “Contact the Concierge” button, whether within a trip or booking.
- Free users do not have access to the Concierge Service or Inbox
- Collections and Collaboration on Collections:
- Full access to create, collaborate and add to collections with other paying members.
- Access to Trotter-curated and user-generated collections.
- Free users only have view access to Trotter ‘Highlighted’ collections on the homepage
- Trip & Booking Features:
- To access trips and booking created for you by the concierge.
- Free users do not have the ability to make Trips or Booking requests
- In-app Ticket Sales:
- Trotter may from time to time sell tickets within the Trotter app. Payments processed securely by our third-party payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (“Stripe”). We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Stripe is responsible for processing your payment and may perform fraud prevention, identity verification, and other checks in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
- Free users may from time to time have the ability to purchase tickets in the app.
